What happens when I hit 1,000 shards?
You can still read and edit all your existing shards, but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or delete some.
How does encryption work?
You choose your security level. Standard mode encrypts data on our servers (we can help with recovery). Zero-Knowledge mode encrypts everything on your device before it reaches us — only you can decrypt it.
What if I cancel Pro?
You keep all your shards, but you'll be limited to 1,000 going forward. Any premium skins you purchased stay yours forever.
Is there a desktop app?
Coming soon! We're building native desktop apps for macOS and Windows. Pro users will get access when they launch, with offline support and seamless sync.
Are premium skins subscriptions?
No! Premium skins are one-time purchases. Pay $1 once and the skin is yours forever, even if you're on the free plan.
Can I import my existing notes?
Yes! We support importing from Evernote HTML exports, with more formats coming soon. Just go to Account settings after signing up and use the Import Notes feature.
